Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor residents’ vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Assist with documentation and care records.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Compassionate and resident-centered attitude.
Ability to handle physical tasks.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
