As a Customer Service Representative(CSR) / Admin. Assistant, you are the voice of Waste Connections of Canada upholding one of our key operating values. You will be serving as a main point of contact in theKamloops, BC District and receive calls and emails from customers, suppliers, residents, and prospective clients, as well as coordinating with the drivers and operations team.Your primary goal will be to try to achieve first call resolutions for existing customers, and arrange the follow up support and redirect for the ones you cannot.As part of our Sales team, you will also manage House accounts, provide data entry for Sales, and work with our Finance, Operations, and Maintenance departments to try to resolve customer issues.

In this role, you get to liaise with other teams like Sales, Accounting and Operations to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues.
We are busy, but a fun place to work. There will be a high volume of calls and emails consistently, but with your speedy data entry, excellent call quality, and proficient Microsoft Office skills, you should be able to handle those with ease.
