Position Summary:

Digital Marketing Specialist (DM) is responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital projects and campaigns across various platforms within the Czech Republic and in the other countries within the CEE region (upon the agreement and tasks split).

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns or other agreed activities to achieve specific business objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, (email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing, social media).
• Manage and maintain company websites – CMS system – (for PET, VET portals), ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
• Cooperate with local marketing teams and advise and help in creating engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and eCommerce.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Global, local marketing), sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging, design and content and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree (IT or Digital Marketing preferred),
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role,
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques,
• Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS),
• SEO principals understanding, ability to implement and adjust non-technical part of SEO based on available analytics,
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns,
• Social media (FB, Instagram) support and content maintenance experience
• Basic HTML,
• Czech and English language: fluent written and verbal,
• Other CEE local language is a plus.

• Good communication skills,

• Cross functional project coordination.

Additional Skills & Preferences:

• Passion for Digital marketing,
• Passion for teamwork,
• Google AdWords and social media targeted advertising experience,
• Google Console or/and Ahrefs.com usage experience,
• Knowledge and experience with use of CRM systems (Veeva),
• Experience with the Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar email marketing software,
• Website design, maintenance, and layout experience,
• Experience in eCommerce projects support,
• Project management and agile/scrum methodology understanding,
• Experience in the animal health or veterinary industry is a plus.

Additional Information:

• This is a fulltime position.
• Travel: 10%.
