Reporting to the Customer Support Service Manager, the Field Service Engineers main responsibilities are customer service activities associated with modifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing our equipment. This Field Service Engineer will represent CAMECA/AMETEK to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with regard to service.
