Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Graduate-Level Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID) Summer Intern to join our Strategy and Communications department. This position is a full-time, 40 hours per week, internship opportunity based out of our regional office located in Washington D.C. with a hybrid work model. This internship position requires the intern to be onsite every Tuesday at our Capitol Hill regional office. Please note, this position is ineligible for benefits. Reporting to a Director of Strategy Implementation, the Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity Summer Intern will collaborate with the Director of Strategy and Implementation to assist in the planning and coordination of key EID events, programs, and communications. You will have the chance to gain experience across consulting, analytics, project management, strategy, communications, and executive leadership. This internship is designed for graduate students interested in healthcare systems, consulting, project management, and strategic planning, offering you the opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives that drive equity, inclusion, and diversity in healthcare.

The starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $25.00, which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Internships are non-exempt positions and are not eligible for employee benefits.
