Your Moneris Career – The Opportunity
You will be responsible for completing all Independent Business and National Account activation orders incoming from Sales. This includes host input, confirmations, special services and deployment tasks.
Location: This is a hybrid position based in our Toronto office.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Process Improvement I Contract Term: 12 months.
Data input to all host systems relating to the activation and deployment of net-new and existing merchant orders Systems included but not limited to OMS, ACI, DMS, e-Select Plus admin tool, PAYD admin tool, AS400, Rogers Portal, Atlas 360.
You will resolve data input deficiencies by performing some rudimentary troubleshooting based on information provided on the order.
Resolve and complete data input for all orders that fail auto upload.
Meeting established performance standards for both quality and productivity.
You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers (AMEX Canada).
Actively provide regular feedback for policies and procedures and Help Outlet Solutions.
Comply with corporate policies established by Moneris Corporation including but not limited to the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy
Perform other responsibilities, as required
High School Diploma
0-1 years of experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
