Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the processing center team.
- Interact with different areas to verify the quality and service provided.
- Aling and excecute department strategies.
- Guide and develop the team.
- Ensure, standarize and comply with a quality of service to all customers.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of all lines of business.
- Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
