Mars Incorporated Is Now Hiring for Q&FS Product and Continuous Improvement Specialist Job Description:
This role is a key contributor to the site’s product improvement initiatives. As part of the Q&FS team, this position will lead Internal product quality evaluation and monitoring, manage the consumer complaint process, and drive continual improvement in process and culture to reduce product deviations.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
3+ years experience in food, beverage or pet care related manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of Quality & Food Safety Systems
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
Support the daily monitoring process of Quality Product Performance in collaboration to Quality and Food Safety and R&D. In case of quality deviations and holding lots, make recommendations regarding finished product.
Initiate continuous improvement activities to reduce deviations in key quality attributes of product and improve the consumer satisfaction. It includes improving factory controls and specifications.
Managing the process of consumer complaints in order to constantly improve products and increase consumer/customer satisfaction and key contact with markets.
Lead consumer complaints investigations in the factory with root cause analysis and risk assessments in close collaboration with Supply, Maintenance, Engineering, R&D. Includes leading PRIMPs with high urgency depending on the severity of the case;
Lead Quality Pillar deployment.
