Social Services Director (Licensed Social Worker)

An ideal Social Services Director candidates will have the following:
- A license to work as a Social Worker in South Carolina (required)
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or similar facility is strongly preferred
- An understanding of healthcare laws and regulations
- Experience using PCC is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Your day to day:
As the Social Services Director, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents and their families with care planning and goal-setting by:
- Evaluating social, emotional, and physical needs
- Assisting with healthcare planning
- Obtaining community resources
- Counseling residents and family members
