Coal Creek Post Acute and Assisted Living is Hiring a Wellness Director (LPN)!

What to Expect:
- Develop and implement wellness programs: Create comprehensive programs that address physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Assess health needs: Evaluate the wellness needs of the organization or community.
- Coordinate with health professionals: Work with healthcare providers and wellness vendors.
- Organize wellness events: Plan health screenings, workshops, and other wellness activities.
- Monitor program effectiveness: Track and report on the success of wellness initiatives.
- Provide leadership: Guide and support wellness program staff.
- Promote a culture of wellness: Encourage healthy behaviors and a balanced lifestyle.

Successful Candidates:
- Education: LPN license required; additional certification in wellness coaching or a related area is preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a clinical or wellness-related role, with experience in program development and management
- Skills : Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Knowledge of current wellness trends and best practices.
- Certifications: Certification in wellness coaching or a related area is often preferred.
